when i do magnetic therapy...what side of the magnet do i use? how can i tell wat side is wat?

1. Neither side works. Perhaps google magnetic therapy and see. Unless you like the placebo effect..but you don't have to fork out money for that..
2. The polarity of the magnet is not important. What is important is the knowledge that magneic therapy only works when you are facing magnetic north.
3. always use the outside of the magnets. turn the magnet over till you feel a magnetic attraction when you place another magnet close buy, thats the right side.
4. Only use the North polarity side of the magnet, this is the healing side. You need to get a compass and make sure the north side of the needle is facing directly at the magnet, this is the magnets north polarity. The north needle actually has a south pole magnet in it, thats why it points to the north pole, and thats why it will only point to the north side of a magnet.
5. Magnet therapy is a sham.
