What do magnetic therapy bracelets do for you?
Public Comments
- nothing it`s a scam.
- Not a thing for me but others claim they work????
- I have a friend who has one and swears it eases his back pain. Something about maintaining his "chi".
- Nothing. Some of the conditions which they're purported to heal simply disappear by themselves. It's a shame, because anything we can get to help our aches and pains would be welcome. But magnetic therapy didn't work in the 1800's, and it doesn't work now.
- it.s asposto help you with your balanceand help you not have pain, in your arm.
- They are suppose to ease joint pain etc..but all they ever did for me is turn my arm green.
- They will tell you what they are supposed to do nut I have had o luck with them.
- Magnets supposedly promote healthy circulation by dilating your capillaries. They are also supposed to help with chronic pain, ie magnetic bracelet for carpal tunnel syndrome, necklace for stress related shoulder and neck pain.
- They do a terrific job of separating you from your cash reserve. That's it!!
- SUPPOSED TO HELP WITH BLOOD CIRCULATION. ALSO THEY SAY IF YOU HAVE CARPO TUNNEL OR ARTHRITIS IT HELPS TO WEAR ONE.
- They work pretty well for some people,.because of the placebo effect. Doubt they'll work on me though :)
- Magnetic therapy is a placebo. The alleged nature of magnetic therapy is flawed. According to magnatherapists, the iron in the blood is affected by the magnets, and is doing so lessens pain while shifting blood. There is very little iron in blood, so magnets have no effect. In fact people will have the same lessening of pain and so forth with thing that are not magnetic, are told that they are, and believe that such "therapy's" are effective.
- The work great as greatly overpriced costume jewelry. Oh yeh when the plating wears off it will likely turn your arm colors like green because it is simply plated copper.
