why does a magnetic bracelet near my watch slow time on the watch?

1. I'm assuming this is an analog watch. The internal parts of the watch are magnetized, which changes the timing. You will have to have the watch demagnetized by a jeweler. .

3. i guess the battery in the watch is interupted by the magnet and so the electron flow are deflected, which causes the whole system to march down..so i would advise you to wear the bracelet on the other hand.this might help and moreover it is never advisable to keep any electronic gadget near a magnetising object..
