Need help buying magnetic bracelet?

Im planning to get a magnetic bracelet but there's so many types and the price range from $30-500 or more.Why the big difference?Are there different types of magnets?Is the price according to the type of magnets or steel used? How do i know which ones to buy? want to use it for headaches,dont mind paying a bit more but really want it to be worth the price.Really need some tips on this plz. Which is the best type?
