copper/magnetic bracelet?
I purchased a copper/magnetic bracelet and wore it for a few hours last night and wound up with a headache, within 5 minutes of taking it off the headache was gone. My imagination or something my body does not need? I am a massage therapist and it has been my experience that some of the things you need can make you feel yucky until you have worked with them for a while... could this be the case? I'd like to give it another try... I'm just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. Thanks

- It's all in your head. Magnets and copper bracelets really do nothing for you except look kinda cool in certain situations.
- the copper bracelets can help with joint pain the way you can tell if they are being absorbed or not is, if it leaves no blackish marks on your wrist, your body is using it. if it leaves blackish marks your body has enough, discontinue use. for the headaches not sure could be too much absorbtion at once
- As you've already guessed, your imagination only. Magnetic and copper bracelets have no effect on the body. None whatsoever.
- the problem could be the polarity of the magnets. North side "removes" energy the south side gives energy. It could be that it over stimulated the meridians in your wrist. Or it could have zapped the energy there also. the only way to know for sure would be to have someone Muscle test you holding the bracelet if you go weak then it's not for you. If it makes you strong, then it could have been working and as a side effect you got a headache. Alex
- those things dont work. some guy stopped me in the swap meet when me and my boyfriend where in vegas and showed them to me. they are alot of money and they are crap. its just for people to spend money on. it may have been in your head, thats what those things do.
- If it is copper it is non magnetic. If it is a magnet, then it is not copper. In either case it does nothing. I have seen far too many of these in India. No tangible benefit results, except a significant increase in the size of the vendor's bank balance.
