Can there be a bad reaction between a copper or magnetic bracelet and a steel plate or pin in the body?

2. Depends on how close the magnet is to the steel. Bracelets are quite low strength, so you probably have nothing to be worried about. Copper won't have any effect on steel. If you are concerned, get rid of the magnetic bracelet - they don't do anything anyway, except look nice.
3. Well, if you put a really strong rare earth magnet too close to a steel plate it could attract and cause quite the pinch. I don't think any of those bracelets are quite that powerful though.
