Does it matter which wrist you wear a magnetic bracelet on?

My OH recently bought a magnetic bracelet as he's having back pain, but it doesn't specify if he has to wear it on a certain wrist or can put it on either. Can anyone advise? Thanks!

1. Well any place that sales magnetic bracelets say you can put it on the right or left hand. Personally this does not make sense to me specially when your left hand is closest to your heart and it seems that it would do the most of anything whether it be good or bad on the left wrist than right.
