Would a magnetic bracelet demagnetize your hands?

For my mothers job she has to pull off the plastic tabs on plastic bags because they seal shut. When you pull them off they magnetize to your fingers. Would a magnetic bracelet prevent this? Is there anything that could stop them from being magnetic to the hands?

1. magnets probably the way to go. Its static electricity that builds up, not magnetism, that would be sweet, i would climb metal buildings. Generally if you stay grounded it won't build up.
2. its static electricity. Magnets have a north and South pole, so the tabs will just stick to the bracelet.
