Magnetic Patches (for pain relief) Do they work?.?

  1. i dont' konw about magnetic patches but my dad swears by his TENS machine (you can pick them up really cheaply now in Lloyds chemists. Dad has sponylitus (sp) and it really helps as it blocks out the pain in the nerves. To be honest you could probably pick up one of the machines for what it would cost for a pack of those magnetic patches.
  2. Well my mom uses it and she thinks it does. I personally haven't tried it, I have but I didn't have any pains then so yeah, I have no idea. I think it may depend person to person.
  3. I have to say that they do not work as I tried wearing a wrist band and it made my arm feel painful. All I can suggest is that if you can try one and see how you feel. I think it is like a lot of things what is good for one person does not work for someone else.
